Finally a Breakthrough in the Daniel Morcombe Case

I don’t want to use this case to promote the death penalty or
it’s abolishment. Rising Phoenix once suggested to me at Flame
Champs that child murdering paedophiles would kill their victims
if they had the death penalty in place and they thought their
witness would identify them… well Australia doesn’t have the
death penalty for such hideous crimes on children and yet, they
still kill them… so his reasoning is askew on the first account
as this case clearly shows.
The death penalty is not about the victim’s family. It’s about
the wider community at large. Families of victims have to work
through “forgiveness” “acceptance” … anger, depression… all
sorts of emotions others do not.. However, the broader community
needs to know that the risks to their children are substantially
reduced when one of these Satanic bastards are removed
permanently from breathing the same air as the rest of mankind.
The wider community is NOT obligated to forgive anyone. They are
obligated to create a safer society.
There should be NO sympathy or empathy for perpetrators of such
crimes EVER and they should NEVER be released once found guilty
and convicted and yet, they are released at some stage and have
repeated their crimes and this is why “life sentencing” does NOT
work. One American serial killer who did sexually abuse a boy
and a girl on separate occasions and then murdered them was
jailed and released both times, only to turn around and kill
many prostitutes after he was released a second time. … well
derrr… The death penalty abolitionists social experiment failed
there, didn’t it?
Its amazing that there are people out there that think someone
like this is going to ever be rehabilitated. A person who can
kidnap a child, use them for sex and then murder them is NOT
able to be rehabilitated. They aren’t… and if there is one in a
billion who could be rehabilitated, that is STILL NOT a good
enough reason to put the rest of the community at risk of having
the same thing done to any of their children by the billion,
less one.
