Katrina rolled her eyes and turned around narrowed her eyes at
the group. [i]"Would you have expected us not to be okay?" She
pushed her hand through her hair in discontent. [i]"Oh yes, let
us have this chat about how our days have been....out here....in
the open....in the dark....in a city full of demons." Without
another thought she began to wander off in the same direction
Adel had.

Her relief that the two were okay was cut short by the other
heiress. Her eyes narrowed in irritation and before she knew it
she had stormed over to block the others path. "Is there a
problem with me asking if you're okay?" she asked, glaring at
the other. "Because it did not call for your unnecessarily rude
answer. Yes I may have considered you two might be injured, we
saw a weird light shine from the direction you two had taken off
in. It does not give you the right to belittle my concern if you
aren't injured just say so, if the area isn't safe to discuss
things then inform us without the attitude." she clenched her
hands frustrated when her efforts to befriend the other seemed
to make things worse.
Luxia shifted her glare to the ground "I know we are not
friends, not even close to that, but we are for the time being
allies, but since my concern seems to inconvenience you I shall
take that into consideration next time." she straightened up and
brushed past the other. "I have better things to do than deal
with your attitude." she finished coldly and walked off. Once
she had time to cool down the normally friendly heiress would
probably regret her harsh words and feel bad.

Lowell frown slightly and shook his head for a moment. It was
true that he doesn't really view them as friends, let alone
companions, but it didn't change the fact that they were allies
for a time. "...You three should follow me back to the safe area
along with the other survivors. I will tell you what of the
current situations in this city... and why I came here, but we
should discuss when we are safe for sure as there will likely be
more demons coming in our way." He said softly, his tone was
gentle now as he managed to calm his raging emotions. "C'mon."
He began walking forward in the direction of Adel as he knew
where it would be, jumping onto one of the roofs and continues
on toward their destination.

Katrina's steps halted as the other heiress blocked her path.
Her expression back to its usual calmness, she began to beat
herself up internally at letting her temper break. Usually so
calm and able to keep her composure, the last few hours had cut
that fuse to its shortest possible length. As the other
continued to rip into her, she stood there quietly.
AS the other headed off, Katrina sighed lightly, and began to
walk slower, bringing up the rear.

Lowell took a single glance to see that the others are following
him. After making sure, he continues walking toward their
destination. After jumping into the same hole he and Adel used,
they came upon a tunnel, and Lowell just keep walking until they
would reach the basement of a building.

Katrina continued to walk slowly at the back of the group. Not
in any hurry to catch up with them, she still stayed so they
were in sight. She kept a look out as they walked and let her
mind process through the last few hours. She was curious as to
the young man she had been with.

the group of survivors slowly came into view. Adel stood near a
makeshift bed where Jayce was lying. he was finally conscious
and his wounds were tended to. his eyes watched the blankets
covering him, he seemed distant. as if his mind was on something
else. once Adel saw them he waved them over. A closer look would
reveal that Adels eyes were no longer black. they were now a
storm gray. Adel smiled "about time you guys got here....."
