A sight that Must be Seen [Lowell, Adel, City walls]

Just as fast as they were in that world, they were out of it.
Adel landed on one knee still with his hand on Lowell Leg.
Lowells senses would be weak sound, sight, taste, touch smell
would be nearly gone and like a newly made waterfall they would
come crashing back all at once. Adel held onto Lowell making
sure he didnt collapse "it's called the Nether Walk.......a
technique that allows me to use the Channel of the Dead to
Teleport to a Location in my sight."

Lowell didn't speak anything after the reappeared and even
thought he got to one knee, he refuse to let himself collapse
even now. Soon thought, he send the glare filled with pure
angers and rages at Adel rather than in fears. "What I just
saw... Why did I had to see all of that in the process? Or
rather, just what are you all exactly..." he asks softly after
Adel told him about his technique as he get himself together in
one piece, calming down his mind and emotions. Even thought he
knew they weren't human due to their eyes, Lowell wasn't really
sure what kind of demons they actually were due to the way
Cedric acted and how they didn't attack them... yet that is.

"well like i said you travel through the Soul Channel...the fact
that it was that many Sorrowful Souls was because those souls
came from this city" he pointed down to the city and looked at
him confused "you mean.....you dont know what i am" Adel shook
his head "Im a Follower of the Death God......I'm a collector of
Souls" Adel said plainly and dug in one ear "I've been
collecting souls from this city for about six months
now.....easy way to rank up really. but enough about me, why
dont you do what you came her to d-" a blood curdling scream cut
Adel off. it came from the streets in the city "looks like
someone is about to be supper" he said quietly and looked over
the edge of the wall, deep down in the city a woman ran through
the streets in her arms two young children. a number of
ghastlies chased them. they ran across the buildings and on the
streets gaining on her quickly.

Lowell sigh internally as Adel explains what he is and what he
saw. 'Great, somehow I'm stuck with a soul collector.' He
thought to himself. It wasn't like he could learn about demons
easily when he was too busy training and hiding away from the
rest of the world in the last ten years... At the sound of the
scream, his eyes immediately went down and notice the woman
running through the streets, holding the two young children.
This surprise him the most because what Adel's group said that
the city was overrun, yet there were survivors!
"... Survivors." He quickly jump down the tall wall and hold his
sword in front of himself. "Stone wall, protect them!" He said
in midair and a wall made of stones erupted from the ground to
block the ghastlies from chasing the woman any further as Lowell
stab his sword on the wall about 4/5 down, slowing down his
falling velocity while keeping an eye on the woman to see if she
was near the wall until he landed on the ground.

"and of course he'd jump right in" Adel shook his head. the
closest ghastlies to the woman and children ran smack into the
wall, breaking there necks on impact. the others quickly
scurried over the wall barely slowing there progress. Adel
hopped down and seemed to Glide "uhmmm do you want some help
man?" he said as he glided down next to Lowell.

"If you can help me rescue these three, then yes please. But
don't take their souls." Lowell replies as he quickly run toward
the woman and the children. He made sure to see how many
ghastlies were chasing as well as what his surroundings are as
he swing his swords five times, sending five disks at each
ghastlies that was the closest to the woman as he continues to
run toward her.

"oh c'mon im not a bad guy.......i don't just take souls" Adel
said as he landed on one of the ghastlies sending it crashing
through the roof of a building. adel appeared by Lowells side in
a puff of blue smoke "they have to die first before i can do
that" he pulled two bladed rings out of thin air and tossed them
at the ghastlies. both attacks killed off the closest ghastlies.
the rest came to a skidding halt, pacing back and forth where
they were. these ghastlies looked like Large dogs at least six
feet high with bulky bodies. there bodies were covered in beige
fur with a dark brown tough hide. they snarled and snapped there
teeth but none made a move at first it seemed like ten but as
they stopped more and more appeared. the number reached at least
thirty five and counting. Adel looked at them all "
Hounds......i hate Hound Ghastlies." he mumbled as his bladed
rings came back. "so whats your plan now?" he said making sure
to grab the woman and move her safely between Lowell and
himself. they were surrounded now on all sides. they stood in
the middle of the streets with buildings all around. far down an
alley barely visible stood a cloaked figure who wore a mask over
there face. he waved his hand ushering them to him but the
hounds stood in the way.

Lowell noticed the hooded man in the alley and look at adel for
a quick moment. "Well... for a start, why not just run into the
alley toward the stranger who could possibly be our enemy or our
ally." He whispers softly before dashing in the direction toward
the alley, punching the hounds that block the path into the
other hounds with his gauntlet to make room for Adel to run for
with the woman and the children she holding.

Adel shook his head and ushered the woman o run forward. any
stray hounds Adel took care of with his bladed rings . once in
the alley the hound begin to pour in barking and snapping at the
group "crap......" Adel said as he ran. he looked back and
picked up the pace "C'MON C'MON!!" he screamed and picked the
lady up "no insult to you ma'am but you're moving way too slow"
he picked up speed until he was next to Lowell "lets hope this
guy isn't worse than the hounds" he said. the Cloaked figure ran
inside a building and continued running, every so and so he
looked back to see if they were still following. "ladies first"
Adel said and jumped ahead of Lowell and ran through the door
way. he looked back with a smile "i do mean her of course." he
laughed and followed the cloaked figure at full speed.

Lowell shook his head with a soft chuckles at Adel's comment
before conjuring another wall of stones to block the doorway
after entering. "So... do you need any helps of carrying her or
the children?" He ask with a slight smirk as he run at full
speed to follow the man.
