On the Road with Friends [road to ladallos castle, Early Morn]

the group has been riding for two and a half days. they are but
hours outside the Old Capital of Ladallos, Arakesh. the crickets
lullaby slowly fades as the song of the morning birds just
begin, the sun has yet to break the plane but even then the sky
is still marked with its known coming. nothing resides to either
side of the dusty road they travel, Nothing but Grass and
Horizon. Cedric smiled to himself and laughed slightly outloud.
aldon could not help but look at him "and whats so funny?"
cedric shook his head still smiling "nothing.....just
memories....like when lady Katrina snuck off to the target range
to play with one of the bows" he laughed mid sentence ".....she
accidentally shot an arrow into the courtyard......" he laughed
again "it sent the whole castle into a frenzy, before she could
explain what happened,m a group of men went storming out the
castle on horseback chasing imaginary assassins" cedric looked
at katrina "........good times.....what about you aldon...got
any funny stories to tell" cedric looked at aldon who just
turned his head back to looking at the road. cedric sighed and
ran a hand through his hair, his chance at breaking the mold
silenced ".............when Lowell was a young boy, he used to
peek in on the womens bath house......he was quite perverted as
a child" cedric looked up, surprised that aldon actually
responded. he laughed at the story "now is he......you didn't
look in on any of are young Mistresses did you?" cedric winked
and laughed.

Behind the two advisers of Ving and Arundel, Lowell accidentally
crushed the small rock he was holding after hearing what they
were telling, turning the rock into a small pile of dusts.
"Indeed that was a long time ago, but one time Aldon did get an
eyeful of the beautiful naked women when I opened the bathhouse
doors and ran away before they would see me." He asaid with a
small grin but then he glares at Cedric when he asked the
question. "No I did not peek on the heiresses, nor do I plan
to." He answers as he pour the dusts from his palm onto the
ground.

Katrina sat steadily atop her mount, the wind catching her hair
as they continued the ride. The periods of quiet had not phased
the young heiress. As Cedric and Aldon began to trade stories,
a hint of a blush crossed her cheeks as Cedric went on.

Bringing up the rear of the group were Airin and Soren. As
Cedric and Aldon traded stories Airin couldn't help but stifle a
laugh. Whether it was for the stories being told or if she was
thinking of one about Lance couldn't be told.
Soren, moved his horse forward a bit faster. "I would hope that
there would be no peeping on the heiresses. I'm sure each of
them have instances of trouble causing when they were younger."

Luxia was in her own world, looking up at the sky. She trusted
Pandora to follow a steady path so she didn't bother to pay
attention or hold the reigns tightly. I wonder what sort of
person the heir of Ladallos is like? Hopefully nice..." she
thought and smiled.

Lance quietly rode Gard, his mind was taking in everything that
happen so far. He didnt really know what to think of the other
heirs, but he had a bad feeling about the heir of Ladallos. But
he really wasn't the type of person to trust others easily.

aldons face turned as red as his hair "...........i am a man
afterall.....and men have urges that can't be controlled
sometimes" cedric couldn't help but burst into laughter at this.
he grabbed his sides and curled up. aldon shot a glare at him
"IT'S NOT THAT FUNNY!!" cedric looked up at him in tears "b-but
it actually is!!" he continued to laugh. aldon grumbled and
moved away from cedric, toward luxia. seeing her in thought he
looked at her ".....something on your mind?" cedric stopped
laughing enough to speak "so.....airin....any stories about our
dear boy lance?"

Lowell silently chuckles to himself at Aldon's face and watched
his adviser going toward luxia. He then look on ahead onto the
road as Veera continues to follow the paths with the other
horses quietly. He still felt weary of the other heirs and
advisers so he didn't really trust any of them yet. "Soon we
will be in Arakesh... It belongs to Ving from what I can
recalls." He said softly to himself, wondering how the city is
going, maybe he could get some information concerning to his own
kingdom...

embarrassment and began to run her fingers over her bow, going
about checking the tension.

Soren chuckled lightly and moved his way towards lance and
lowell.
Airin laughed again. "I'm sure I have many stories of young
Lance. He's always liked to think he was mature, but he has had
his fair share of moments. There was one time when a noble
family was visiting, they had a daugther about his age.
Cathrine it was, everyone called her Cat. His mother had told
him to play nice with Cat. Well Lance here thought they were
bringing a Cat. When the girl got there......he was looking for
a feline. When she told him she was Cat, he spent the next few
years thinking she was a cat turned human. He even brought her
fish and milk."
