Aldon went to reply to soren but xias words interrupted"nothing
life threatening" aldon replied to xia with out looking at her "
no harm done here either" cedric said as he walked up "well let
me break this very uncomfortable ice. i am Cedric CartWright and
this is the heiress to Arundel, Lady Katrina Margas" Cedric
bowed down on one knee next to katrina and lowered his head in
respects. "..........I am Aldon Giroh......and this is the heir
to Ving, Lowell Raith" Aldon let go of his swords and placed a
balled fist on his chest as he took a knee in respects.

With an air of elegance even amidst the forest, Katrina stowed
her bow behind her back. Nodding as Cedric spoke her name, she
swept into a graceful curtsy in greeting. Her eyes flicked back
and forth between Lowell and Luxia.

Lowell put his sword onto his back and greets in a similar way
as Aldon did when he spoke his name.

She did a slight curtsy and smiled at the others "It is nice to
meet all of you, though I wish it were on more pleasant terms."
and went to retying her staff to her back.

"now that the formalities are done" aldon stood back up again
"why are you all here?" aldon crossed his arms as he questioned
them and looked at each of them "........isn't it obvious old
friend" cedric spoke up first as he stood up himself. he gave
his usually soft smile "old friend?....we have never been such"
aldon said through gritted teeth, it was clear he did not like
cedric. but the question remained why. cedric continued to smile
and rubbed the back of his head "Arundel was attacked by
demons.....i take it the same must have happened to ving,
vatras, and hanradesh...." he looked at them "am i
correct?........" aldon didn't answer he just turned his head
and looked away in silent anger.

Katrina watched the interaction between Cedric and Aldon out of
the corner of her eye. Keeping the intrigue at the dynamic from
reading on her face she kept her attention on the other two
heirs. Giving a nod as Luxia spoke she raised from her
greeting. [color=darkred][i]"More pleasant terms would have
been a blessing, but alas it was not in the stars. However at
least we are meeting looking upon a victory rather than a
defeat."

Lowell look at the other heirs after listening to Cedric and
Aldon's interaction, though it does made him wonders why Aldon
did not like Cedric. He nodded to Katrina's words softly,
grateful that the prisoners were able to escape safety.

Soren straightened from his bow and took a step towards the
other two advisors. Nodding lightly he looked at Cedric. "You
are certainly not incorrect."

She frowned "How terrible..." she muttered and crossed her arms
thoughtfully "Each of our kingdoms overthrown, but for what
reason. To gain power...has to be something else if they took
down all of the kingdoms previous rulers and none got a hold of
our family heirlooms" she thought and glanced back at the
others.
