Lance's room.

Lance room was large with black Sleigh Bed, forest green walls.
Bookcase filled with books filled one side of the walls. Toys
littered the floor, which made it hard to walk around in his
room.

The doors to the room open and Lance walked in. Holding a stack
of books in his hand, he kick any toys out of his way making his
way to his bed. Throwing the books on his bed, lance made his
way to the stuffed puppy." I have some new books, coco."

Picking up the small stuffed puppy, Laance made his way to his
bed and started to read out loud to it. He sumbled onsome of the
words.

AS the sun began it's decent in the sky, there was the sound of
scuffling outside the door.

Lance looked up from his book, confusion on his face. He slowly
crawled off his bed and walked to the door.

Outside the window, shadows moved about unnaturally in the
fading daylight, a few guards scurrying around outside. The
sounds in the hallway got louder as Lance got closer to it.

Seeing the shadows move outside is window and with the noise
outside his door, Lance began to grow fearful. slowly he reached
for the doorknob and turned it. he peeked his head out slowly."
W-What;s going on?"

As quick as he reached for the doorknob a familiar hand pulled
the door shut and moved him back. Cutlass in her hand, Airin's
eyes were as stormy as the sea. "Do not open that door Lance."
Her voice was stern, holding none of the playfulness it normally
carried.

"Airin, whats going on? What are those shadows outside my
window?" His head swam with qeustions. He was scared and the
fact airin hold her cutlas only added to the fear.

Airin's face was dead serious. Sweeping to the window itself,
she quickly shut the shutters and tied them shut. "There have
been reports of demons in the castle. Whether they be true or
unfounded, they need to be taken seriously. If they are here,
their motives need to be determined. However, you need to
remain safe. If I tell you to stay here, will you?"
