       Just something I was thinking about.

       I was just thinking that all the people who apply for mod should
       get tested by collecting mod points or something like that, the
       mod points would be a matter of staying on for a long period of
       time everyday (2-3 hours should be long enough), Helping people
       out(giving advise, showing people around & stuff like that) and
       also like carve the game rules into the gameplay (like if
       somebody is misbehaving/abusing rules they should let them know
       and ask them not to do it again) And for doing this stuff you
       get like 2 points each out of 20 or something ( you can decide
       how much points people get & what the maximum point limit for
       being a mod )
