       Commands

       ## Normal players ##
       /[TEXT] - Clanchat talk.
       ::empty - Will clear your whole inventory, not your wearings.
       ::report [DESCRIPTION] - Report someone with this.
       ::resettask - Will reset your slayer task.
       ::rules - Shows the rules. Be sure you read them.
       ::commands - Shows all commands in-game.
       ::rest - Let your character restore its energy.
       ::players - Will show all online players and combat levels.
       ::changepassword [NEWPASSWORD] - Will change your password.
       ## Donators ##
       Includes all normal players commands.
       ::yell [MESSAGE] - Will send a message to every online player.
       ## Moderator ##
       Includes all normal players and donators commands.
       ::empty [PLAYERNAME] - Clears someones inventory.
       ::jail [PLAYERNAME] - Will jail someone.
       ::unjail [PLAYERNAME] - Will unjail someone who is currently
       jailed.
       ::mute [PLAYERNAME] - Will mute someone.
       ::unmute [PLAYERNAME] - Will unmute semeone who is currently
       muted.
       ::bank - Opens up your bank.
       ::kick [PLAYERNAME] - Kicks the desired player.
       ::ban [PLAYERNAME] - Bans the desired player.
       ::unban [PLAYERNAME] - Unbans the desired player.
       ## Administrator ##
       Includes all normal players, donators and moderators commands.
       ::ipmute [PLAYERNAME] - Mutes the desired player's IP.
       ::unipmute [PLAYERNAME] - Unmutes the desired player's IP.
       ::mypos - Shows your current X and Y position.
       ::xteletome [PLAYERNAME] - Teleports the desired player to you.
       ::xteleto [PLAYERNAME] - Teleports you to the desired player.
       ::ipban [PLAYERNAME] - Bans the desired player's IP.

       Refive ::spec and ::anime is owner only and i think ::raise is
       it too

       Commands I think are useless I delete. Also for normal players
       and donators there must be as low as possible commands. The
       less, the better.
       Later on all normal player commands will be replaced by
       NPC-talking or buttons.

       i prefer my command lol, or you could do ::fly = baus.
