       Stretch targets for English/Maths

       Hello,
       I would appreciate some ideas from everyone as to how they are
       setting stretch targets for E/M for their exempt learners. I
       know one of the ways is through the Reflective statements and
       evidence but what can be other ways ? Are they suposed to
       evidence it to us? Also, one of my other learners claims that he
       doesn't have any Maths related activity in his role ( Account
       Opening team) and we are quite at loggerheads here as to what we
       can possibly set him stretch targets for in that case?
       Any suggestions?
