       Quarterly Administration

       Hi all,
       This thread is about the types of administration you should be
       completing on a quarterly basis.
       What questions do you have?

       Sorry, not sure if it's the right category for this question but
       I just wanted to check when you guys are setting out targets at
       the first meeting and before you have your next quarterly
       review- do you send an email or check in with your learner as to
       whether they are on track or not? in terms of the targets set?
       Wondering if that can actually hep them as I don't want to put
       unnecessary pressure. Thoughts? Ideas? Or does anyone use any
       sort of reminder tools or apps etc to remind them to remind the
       learners about their targets? I hope I am not sounding like a
       headteacher ;)  It's just I feel I am setting targets with
       different dates for each of them and it's hard for me to keep a
       track of it myself.

       Hi Harleen,
       Great questions.
       I use an Outlook reminder to reach out to all my learners to see
       how they are getting on three weeks after I've seen them. This
       keeps up momentum for the quieter learners too.
       I live (and die) by Outlook but would work well for what ever
       calendar you use.

       Yes, I guess putting a reminder on outlook is a good idea to
       send to all learners . Do you do something like ' Update on
       targets set' and they accept it with their feedback on email or
       do you intearct them about targets on e-track?

       Great question.
       The Outlook reminder is just for me.
       I then reach out on etrack. Etrack is the only way we should be
       communicating.
       Except for booking appointments.
