A learner sent me her skills scan, which is informative, but I
suppose has no validity as evidence.

       Hi Edward,
The skills scan is normally completed before the apprentice is
       enrolled on the programme.
The skills scan analyses all KSBs and whether they can be
naturally achieved in their current job. The skills scan will
highlight KSB gaps the learner has in their current job.
Where there is no gap in a KSB (i.e. the learner can complete
all the KSBs) there is no further action required.
Where there is a KSB gap (i.e. the learner cannot complete a KSB
naturally in their job role) then this is escalated to Fitch so
that the client can consider how they enable the learner to meet
the KSB. Normally, this would be achieved by job shadowing or
       the like.
In answer to your question, no. This is not workplace evidence
       and wouldn't meet a KSB.
       Helpful?
       Sam
