Hi
Some of my learners are tracking some OTJT by hour, which is
taking a long time and others are grouping their hours. What's
considered acceptable, for example if they group say 70 hours of
exam self study revision time, can this include all the mock
exams they do or does this need to be tracked separately, (or
does it not matter)?

Tammy: "I would suggest that they group self-study by monthly
activity, suggest that they differentiate between study and mock
exams."
