Mid - Apprentice Survey

Hi all,
These are the questions the learners feedback to Fitch about
their learning experience.
The answer options are;
Strongly agree
Agree
Neither agree or disagree
Disagree
Strongly disagree
What questions do you have?

Q1: My Trainer sets high standrads for me to achieve
Q2: Learning aims/objectives are made clear
Q3: I'm kept interested in all my classroom decisions
Q4: I can talk to my Trainer if I have a problem with my studies
Q5: I'm gaining good understanding and knowledge to help me
progress within my job role
Q6: The advice, guidance, learning and assessment in my
workplace is good
Q7: My Skills Coach uses diferent approaches to suit my style of
learning
Q8: My Skills Coach and I regularly review Safeguarding,
Prevent and British Values
Q9: I feel safe whilst at work
Q10: My rights as an employee are met ( eg. salary, pay slip,
study time)
Q11: I know how to behave within the workplace
Q12: I'm kept informed of my progress
Q13: I'm learning new skills to help me progress within my job
role
Q14: I undertsand how English & Maths relate to my job role
Q15: I can relate and use my English & Maths in aspects of my
job role
Q16: When I have submitted evidence files I receive prompt
feedback from my Skils Coach
Q17: Feedback on my work is fair,relevant and constuctive
Q18: I recieve clear, detailed feedback that tells me what I
need to do next
Q19: My apprenticeship course is well organised
Q20: I feel I can get support from my Trainer or Skills Coach if
I m struggling or have a problem
Q21: I have regular face to face progress reviews with my Skills
Coach
Q22: The regular 1-1 progess reviews with my Skills Coach are
helpful to me
Q23: I'm set challenging targets
Q24: My Line Mnager takes part in my progress reviews
Q25: I know how to identify online extremism
Q26: I know who to contact should I come across bullying,
harassment, hatecrime, extremism, inappropriate contact or
unacceptable use of online services
Q27: I know how to stay safe at home and in the workplace
Q28: I am enjoying my apprenticeship
