       KSB Mappings

       Hello all!
       I believe I have some good news for you having spoken to the end
       point assessor for some clarification on a few things.
       I’ll keep it short and sweet as follows;
       Old Guidance
       Guidance
       Map each KSB THREE times
       Evidence and Reflection needed (ie 2 doc)
       annotating evidence (ie 1 doc)
       One evidence can be used for many KSBs
       for many KSBs
       Many evidences may be needed for 1 KSB
       needed for 1 KSB
       Purely by way of example, I attach a (lorem ipsum) annotation
       for K1O1, so you can visualise how annotation works in practice.
       The content of the annotated reflection should be the same as if
       writing a reflective statement.
       What the annotation will hopefully achieve is simplification and
       time savings whilst protecting the rigour and intellectual
       demands of the qualification’s KSBs.
       Put simply, editing one document for redaction and pin-pointing
       reflection will be quicker than creating two documents.

       I would like to re-clarify: IOS L4 learners can evidence each
       learning outcome only once - Is that correct?
       DSW said in the meeting the L4 learners (30+ LOs) will need to
       do this thrice for each LO while L6 learners (60+ LOs + WBP) can
       do so only once.

       Excellent question CK - that's correct!
       All levels i.e. 3, 4, 6 and 7 now need to only be evidenced
       once.
       The new toolkits I sent via email have been updated by DSW and
       remove any reference to three times.
       It's great news!
