What Counts as OTJT?

Hi all!
Any learning and development that gives the Learners new
knowledge to enable them to improve on their skills that enables
them to carry out their role is OTJT, examples are:
> Formal classroom delivery
> In-house CPD modules
> Company development training, this can be face to face or via
a platform such as webinar
> Reading books, articles that have relevancy to their role
> Regulatory updates
> Researching new investment opportunities
> Job shadowing
> Lunch & Learns
> Seminars work related events
> All on-line e-learning undertaken prior to PQ exams
> Mentoring/Coaching received from colleagues and Managers
I've also attached some neat pdf's from the Apprenticeship
Standards. Would be good if we had something Fitch Branded?

Tammy: “No OTJT training and development evidence can be
referenced against the K/S/B. The evidence has to be from
performance of real work activities where they are implementing
the development and/or training.”

One of my learners asked whether they can use the Skills
Coaching session as OTJT? I'm assuming no, but please can you
confirm.

The Skills Coach session is review/feedback and set new targets
so unfortunately the answer is no.
