       Hi all,
       1. First port of call is for you to speak with the learner and
       discuss their reasons for leaving.
       2. Where possible try and come up with solutions to prevent them
       from leaving.
       3. Raise this with the client Lead to ensure that they are aware
of the request and reasons given by the learner.
       4. The client Lead will also try, if possible to resolve issues
       if client based.
       5. If the learner stands by their decision following the above,
Tammy needs to be notified with the background information (i.e.
why they wish to withdraw and what was done to try and retain
       the learner).
       6. Tammy will then send a form over to the client Lead for them
       to confirm and sign.
       7. The withdrawal date will not be the date that they informed
the Skills Coach, but the date of the last piece on in-learning
evidence, e.g. 121 review, last piece of evidence upload etc.
       What questions do you have?
       Sam
