       Hello all,
       You should receive an email from BKSB containing a link which
       will take you to the website.
       Have you received this?
       Here is some guidance from Tammy on initial BKSB site
       navigation.
       What questions do you have?
       Sam
       0. Your User ID will be your initial and surname i.e R Brown
       0a. Temp password: password (you will be prompted to change
       this)
       1. On the home page you need to select Users from the menu on
       the left-hand side
       2. In the search box enter the User name of your Apprentice,
       initial then surname
       3. Click on their name, English & Maths FS will be visible
       4. Click view, for English only there is a task option.  If you
       click task this will show you the free writing task that the
       Apprentice can complete to enable you to make a judgement call
       on general spelling, punctuation and grammar (there is a Tutor
       marking pack for guidance)
       5. Click on achievements, then print and you will be able to
       view their IA outcome
       6. Click on review and you can see the questions and their
       responses
       7. If an Apprentice needs to achieve one or both FS then they
       will need to complete the diagnostics at Level 2.
       8. On the screen that shows the IA achievement click on the
       actions tab, top-right Select ‘Request diagnostic retake’
       9. The apprentice will receive an email with the link asking
       them to complete the diagnostic test, the results of this can be
       located following the same process as before for the IA outcome.

       Thanks Sam. I am browsing the site presently and notice that a
       couple of my learners haven't had their ILP's generated because
       they didn't take the diagnostic test. Also, there is an option
       in the 'Settings' tab to request a diagnostic intake . I am
       wondering if I can request the same before my first meeting? I
       will also check with Tammy about the same though.

       ILP gets generated once the learner takes the diagnostics test.
       Email was sent out to all required learners to take the test.
