       Hello my name is ash00198, as you know me. I am here to apply
       for minimod/mod. I have been minimod before on this server but
       all ranks were reset. I think i would be a great minimod/mod
       because I am great at catching hackers spammers and anyone who
       breaks the rules. Because i have a recorded program (fraps) i
       can record the hackers then show the admins so they can deal
