       Banned for Calling a Hit

       I was playing on this server as a cp, and my friend asks me to
       shoot in his window for his bar so he can place bars in the
       windows. I do so, but he doesn't place the bars. I stay around
       and keep shooting in the windows so he can place the bars. Then,
       I go inside the bar and he traps me inside. After several
       warnings, I handcuff im until he lets me out of his bar. He
       calls an admin over and gets me kicked for this. Because of
       that, I call a hit on him and I get banned for harrassment.
