louishill4798 = RDM+NLR+Misleading other players

Louishill4798 mislead his fellow players to break rules because
he was mayor and they believed him. He also broke NLR several
times during hiests. After all that and after one of his buddies
who was rdming with him got kicked, louis went on a RDM rampage
and killed maybe 10 people in 5 seconds and disconnected. I
would hope he gets a serious ban.. There were no admins on
during the time, but both me and cornelius were on (we're
moderators) and we both witnessed and got rdmed by him.

Sometimes I wonder if these people like, practice this. Like,
spend 20 minutes on the tricking other players into breaking
rules part, then another 40 minutes on the "Mass RDM then leave
before banned" part. Anyhow, from what Cornelius says, you
didn't get his Steam I.D. I don't know if there's an alternate
way of banning him without his I.D., but I don't think there
is... make sure to let an admin know if he gets back on. As far
as my power, that's the only way I can ban him. Thanks for
letting the FSG staff know.

wish I would have thought about that before I closed my gmod...
can't go back into console to grab logs... sorry about that, I
wish I would have been a bit smarter about things

I'm a witness if that is some proof. The guy disconnected from 2
mod sits, mass RDM'ed, and NLR'ed then left.
