       PapaBear Unban

       Well, you may remember a former Firestorm RP regular by the name
       of "PapaBear". He was pretty cool, didn't break many rules, but
       got in trouble from time to time. Well, so one day, my friend
       tells me he was unbanned unfairly by Nogard for something that
       Casper framed him for (when I say "Framed", I mean he found a
       way to make it look as PapaBear did something). And considering
       its Casper, I'm pretty sure I'd go with what this guy says. I
       brought it up with Artyom a while back, but I don't think he
       remembers. I'll tell my friend to post something on this topic
       so that you're better informed.

       Casper was a great problem on FSG, I can see how he would frame
       someone. I shall talk to other Staff about it and i will talk to
       Arty and Caleb if i can
