       Mass Prop Spammer Needs Ban

       He was on prop spamming without admins Rodger is proof since his
       brother showed him the guy. His Steam ID and name are in the
       picture.

       Rodger banned him for a day but I don't know if that is enough,
       the server was chaos. One guy spawned ropes everywhere and
       propblocked the PD so nobody got in or out except him.
