       Car Color FX needs to be not allowed

       What do I mean by Color FX on cars?? Well when you change the
       color you can make it have a strobe effect that flashes your
       whole car. This is only a suggestion but the cars do cause low
       FPS and lag. Other than bad FPS and some lag it can give people
       headaches and etc.

       Also the Coloring peice in the car dealer, it works untill you
       get in or after five seconds then it sets the color back to
       normal
