       Format for Staff Applications

       This is the format that will be used for all submitted Staff
       Applications:
       Name(Fist and Last):
       In-game Name:
       ULX Experience:
       Admin Experience:
       Do you or have you ever run your own server/community?
       Age:
       Why would you like to be admin?
       Why should we make you staff?
       Other/More about you?
       *Not Optional
       I have rules on the staff that are chosen. You must be 13+ and
       have atleast 10 hours on the server and have an administrator
       confirm that. You must have a considerable amount of ULX
       experience. You must not have broken anymore than 2 rules on our
       server and/or gotten on an administrators "bad side". (Not
       Personally). You must have NO bans or Kicks on record unless
       they were vetoed and/or unlawful. Please contact Artyom for more
