       [center]1. No Mini-Modding
       This is when you tell someone if they broke a rule. Report them
       to staff instead.
       2. Be Nice to All Members
       Don't say bad things about other people's ideas!
       3. Don't Start Drama
       Please try to not talk about hurting yourself or someone else,
       politics/religion, and try not to rant, especially about things
       on the site.
       4. BE APPROPRIATE!
       This site is PG, which means don't go into graphic detail about
       sexual content, gore, torture, etc. Also, don't ask about
       personal information.
       5. No Plagiarism/Art Theft.
       Don't steal others art.
       6. Do not Powerplay or Injure/Kill Someone Else's Character
       Without Their Permission.
       Powerplaying is when you play someone else's character without
       their permission. When you're fighting with someone In
       Character, Aim to attack, that way the owner of that character
       can decide if they want their character to get hurt or not.
       7. Be Realistic!
       It's no fun to Roleplay with someone whose cat is super
       powerful, invincible, can fight off a lot of other cats by
       themselves.
       8. Do not spam or advertise.
       Don't advertise outside of your signature.
       9. Only Three High Positions Per Person
       Only three HP cats per person right now. This may change over
       time.
