Kangaroopaw padded out into the forest. He planned to go
hunting. Sure would be nice if someone joined him.

"Hi there!"
A young, but strong, voice popped up from behind Kangaroopaw.
Standingkit slowly walked in front of him, smiling softly. "Are
you going hunting?" The tabby she-cat asked wonderingly, her
eyes bright.

He turned around to see the little tabby kit. "Yes I am." He
meowed. "Do you plan to come with me?" He asked, not that he
intended to actually take the kit hunting.

Kangaroopaw let out a mrrow of laughter. "Sure you will. Come
on." He said, flicking his tail. He wasn't going to hunt with
Standingkit with him but at least they could take a walk through
the forest.

Standingkit purred with satisfaction before prancing off beside
Kangaroopaw, her strong legs taking her across the ground with
ease. Now that was unusual for a kit, a SHE-kit.

He looked down at the kit as she walked. She sure did seem
pretty strong for a kit. They got pretty far into the forest
before Kangaroopaw came up with something to say. "So... What
kind of prey do you like?" I never said it was good.
