Sear

Name: Sear
Gender: She-cat
Rank: Bloodclan... Whatever.
Appearance: She is a very small cat. Her slick fur is as black
as pitch with a splash of bright white fur on the back of her
neck. It's only noticable if you are directly above or behind
her though. She forgets its there most of the time. Her eyes are
pale blue and shine like ice. They're about as friendly looking
as ice too. Her nose and claws are black as well. Sporting the
traditional Bloodclan fashion, a thick black collar rings her
neck, almost hiding her spot. The collar is studded with the
massive teeth of dogs as well as some smaller more feline ones,
giving her an extremely intimidating impression for such a small
cat.
Personality: Her life has been hard in the cold allies of the
two leg place, making her cold and closed off to others. She
also has a bad ass additute once you do get to know her. Aloof
and seemingly uncaring makes her a difficult friend. She simply
doesn't play well with others. Thats her nature. She is
constantly angry because of her past and is extremely vengeful
if you get her mad. Most importantly, she can keep grudges. For
a long LONG time. She is a fierce fighter and absolutely
merciless. They're all the same to her. But despite her cold
exterior, deep down she's very lonely and just wants a friend.
History: She was born toward the end of Scourges rein as leader
of Bloodclan and endured the moons of uncertainty after his
death. During that time, her mother abandoned her to survive on
her own. She would have died if not for Rip Tide, her older half
brother. He raised her and showed her how to fight and hunt. It
wasn't much but it helped her in more ways than she could say.
She cared for him more than she had ever cared for anyone
before. He was the most important thing to her. One cold winters
night, a few moons before Akita came to power, a group of cats
found their nests and drug them out. They claimed that the two
black cats were trespassing and had to be punished for that. Rip
tried to leave peacefully with Sear but the group of cats
wouldn't let them. They attacked Rip, not bothering with Sear
since she was so small. He fought valiantly but there were
simply too many. He was quickly over powered and killed in front
of the still impressionable young Sear. Laughing, they chased
Sear until she was deep in unknown twoleg territory. Later that
night, curled up in a pile of snow, desperately trying to keep
warm, she promised her dear brother Rip that she would avenge
him. That she would find his killers again, when she was
stronger, and give them what they deserved. And she did. After
two years of fighting. Two years of training. Two years of
surviving. She found all of them, one by one, over those two
years. Destroying each of them. Until she finally found the
leader. It was a cold winters night, just like when Rip was
killed. She cornered him and finally, after years of work, did
as she promised. She had won.
RP example: Sear sat on the cold hard edge of the two leg
building, the harsh wind tugging at her fur. It was the safest
up there. No one thought to look for cats at the top of the
nests. Although things had gotten better now that Bloodclan had
a new leader, it still wasn't the safest. Not where she was. The
unnatural lights the two legs put up glowed below her, revealing
everything. Letting out a sigh, she turned her icy gaze towards
the stars over her head. 'I wonder what he thinks of me...' she
thought to herself. Shaking her head vigorously, she shoved the
thought out of her head. That was the past. That was done now.
But now that it was done... what was she going to do? A movement
caught her eye. A large feline body slunk through the shadows
below her. If she had been on the ground, she most likely
wouldn't have been able see the cat. Giving the cat one last
look, she leaped down onto the snow covered gravel roof of the
two leg nest and curled up in a corner, sheltered from the wind.
She flicked her tail over her nose to keep it warm. Closing her
eyes, she fell asleep, thoughts of someone lost long ago filling
her dreams.
