[right][size=8pt]No.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
This absolutely, positively, totally could now be happening
right now. Wilderpaw, whose warrior ceremony had been postponed
due to her expected pregnancy gasped as a small but tight
contraction hit her abdomen. She could feel kits wriggling
inside of her, and she gasped for air. A Medicine Cat, their
apprentice... anyone! Weren't they supposed to be around,
checking for situations like these.
The apprentice pointedly dragged herself with much pain to the
medicine den and waited, nervously looking around. Where was
Leadership? Out hunting? Surely he had predicted the kits were
coming soon...
Still, premonition pricked at her smooth paw pads. It was almost
like a ghost town... What if she had to pull through this alone?
She wasn't ready. Not to have kits, not to raise them...
The brown ticked tabby sighed, curling up into a fetal position.
Couldn't someone at least get her a stick?

"Wilderpaw!"
Leadership bounded toward her, tail flicking in excitement.
Pausing and sitting beside her comfortingly, the tom smiled.
"You'll be fine! Our kits will be beautiful," said the tom,
seemingly daydreaming but his eyes focused on his mate. "They
will be beautiful," he concluded, jumping to conclusions. How
typical.

Nettleclaw raced twoards the nursery, herbs in his jaws
"Here, bite this." He said quickly, handing a stick to Winderpaw
while he got his herbs in order
