       Threadedkit stepped out into the brisk morning air of RiverClan
       and pranced out onto the stiff grass. Dew wet her paws, but the
       kit paid no mind. She stared blankly ahead, bored out of her
       mind. She settled on the cool ground and licked her maw,
       flicking her tail every now and then.

       A beaming snow bengal appeared out of the shadows. Paragonpaw
       had always had a soft spot for kits, and this would be a perfect
       opportunity to play with one. Most kittens were afraid of him
       due to his mangled leg. Dead and crippled, dead and crippled.
