Birchpaw, Mysterypaw's adopted sister, looked around for the
tom. She always looked to Mysterypaw for help with anything. But
now she couldn't find him. She walked to the RiverClan border,
and slowed to a stop as she caught his scent going over, then
disappear. She let out a loud wail and raced back to camp,
ducking into the leader's den. "Moonstar!?"

Wolfsoul opened one yellow eye from her sunning, looking at
Birchpaw. Wonder what he's frantic about? Might as well go see.
the long haired gray she cat thought, heaving herself onto her
large paws as she padded twoards Birchpaw, her fluffy tail
swishing back and forth
