       One person suffered second-degree burns Saturday night in a
       mobile home fire caused by a smoking accident, Henderson Fire
       Department officials said.
       The fire was reported about 8:55 p.m. at the Villa Hermosa
       mobile home park, 2050 Magic Way, near Boulder Highway and
       Equestrian Drive, officials said.
       The first engine to arrive discovered smoke coming from the
       home, and firefighters were able to bring the blaze under
       control within five minutes, officials said.
       One occupant was taken to University Medical Center for
       treatment of second-degree burns and was stable and alert during
       transport, fire officials said.
       Damage to the home was estimated at $10,000, officials said.
       Southwest Gas and NV Energy responded to secure utilities. A
       building inspector determined that the home will require repairs
       before it can be occupied, officials said.
