       It happened this day in Upper Dauphin County

       33 years ago.....
       1978: A two-story house boat and a large air boat, both
       belonging to Harry W.
       Miller & Sons was destroyed by fire at the river basin across
       from Railroad
       Street. The blaze was called in at 9:30 a.m. Mr. Miller started
       a fire in the
       stove of the house boat and then left to attend Sunday School.
       $500 loss on the
       house boat and $2,500 loss on the air boat. Millersburg Fire
       Company answered
       the call.
