       1896- Box 6 at Second and North Streets was sounded at 8:30 a.m.
       A boiler exploded at the Vollmer & Sons steam feather
       renovating establishment located at Liberty and Willow Streets.
       No fire or damage resulted however an apprentice was badly
       scalded. Services of the fire department were not needed.
