       Lootshare/Annoucement on Rare drops.

       This was an idea from one of the Finaldamagex players.
       Most private servers have Lootshare or When getting a drop it
       would be announced to the game, so people know what that person
       got.
       The Lootshare would be a good thing for team bossing.
       And the announcement addition will be great also.
