       Why Do You Feel Like You Deserve This Promotion?: i have been
       2nd LT since FRU became a thing i have been trhough a whole lot
       of better training with becoming a better leader because i was
       absolute **** in the past and i have someone who can replace my
       postion as platoon lead.
       How Well Do You Handle Situations: Greatly as long as i have a
       good backing (Like if i am giving out orders i dont want a
       private to be giving out different ones).
