       Why Do You Feel Like You Deserve This Promotion?: I feel like I
       deserve this promotion as I was able to do a lot for the FRU
       during the late portion of April up until the start of June/ end
       of May. I was able to start and have the FRU work on the
       Fallujah OP campaign, which actually had gone surprisingly well.
       In doing so, as a tanker I was coordinated with infantry far
       better than usual, and was able to excel with them in an urban
       warfare situation. I was able to effectively cover them as they
       advanced behind me, to the sides of my tank, and I was also able
       to keep the infantry relatively safe, and keep collateral damage
       to a minimum. When Zeusing, I was also able to enforce
       objectives and keep the teams on task. I prioritized concerns
       over civilian casualties and prevented friendly airstrikes on
       AO's that could possibly contain civilian targets. Collateral
       damage was heavily prevented in all of the Zeus OP's that I had
       hosted. Also so I can be a proper PSG -__-.
       How Well Do You Handle Situations: Depending on my emotions of
       the time, I can react extremely quickly (Combat scenario), or I
       can take a moment to think about it (more calm, planning phase).
       If the situation changes I can heavily adapt to it, and more
       importantly I can adapt to it quickly and play that situation to
       my advantage and use it to the enemies disadvantage. I know
       effective combined arms combat, mainly out on an open
       battlefield, but I am also skilled at urban warfare as well.
