       Hello All,

These are some of the new MOS's you can obtain now with the
correct rank. We encourage you all to request for promotions
       Promotion Month
       All,
It is currently a promotion month. Anyone under the rank of 2LT
can request for promotion. I recommend everyone attempt to
promote as we need more specialists and people coming into
commanding positions. CPL's are really needed as of now for the
Platoon chain of command. Your availability to promote will
continue until the end of the month. Those attempting to promote
a NCO position will have to sit on a NCO Promotion board and
more information about that will be put out to those eligible.
Please show that you want the rank you are working for and put
in the effort as we handle promotions seriously.
       Training's
We will begin to start holding mandatory training's so that
everybody can begin to receive advanced training. This will be
marked with a tag on Teamspeak when you have completed all the
training's. The training's may or may not be long depending on
the class. If you are going to miss a class you will need to
contact CPT Andre Money a week in advance with the proper
military form. Those who are not at training's without notifying
command will be given counselling and or punishments with a UCMJ
Article 92 Violation. These training's are going to be
performed in order to expand your knowledge of the army and the
procedures that we will perform. There is 12 total lessons that
one must complete to complete training. The courses are:
       The US Army Structure
       Movement Tecniques
       Land Navigation
       Operations Order (OPORD)
       Service Etiquette
       Introduction to Effective Army Communication
       The Army writing Style
       Active Listening
       Civilians on the Battlefield (COBs)
       Great Leaders
       Military Justice
       Briefings
These training's will require your full attention as if the
participants are disruptive or disrespectful in any way a test
may be give out and those who fail the test are forced to repeat
the course. These training's are to help you become better
soldiers in the field and perform your duties correctly and
better than you have before. Those of you who peruse an actual
army career, this will be beneficial and useful to you.
