       Why Do You Want This Promotion: Second Lieutenant is the most
       junior officer position one can have as an aviator. So as a
       pilot that acts as head of pilots I feel as though my rank
       should reflect my mission.
       Why Do You Feel Like You Deserve This Promotion?: I have been on
       many missions and feel that my role as head of pilots my rank
       should reflect that responsibility.
