Rank Your Requesting Promotion To: Captain
Why Do You Want This Promotion: I would like to attend this
position because although I am not able to attend most Offical
Operations because of work I attempt to get many unofficial
operations going to have the members together more. I usually
attend the FTX's if they are held only when I am at is when I
can not, but I have been in the FRU since the start of it. I
have enjoyed the entire experience of it with Andre, squirrl and
everyone else in the unit. I think it is finally time for me to
attempt to get promoted to captain and hopefully, Squirrl will
get promoted to Major so I may take up his position of Company
Commander.
Why Do You Feel Like You Deserve This Promotion?: I feel as if I
deserve this promotion because I have been in the unit since the
start. Although I am not better than most like Pheonix and his
flying or Andre and his amazing leading. But I find I'm pretty
good at what I like to do and that is sniping I hope more
Operations in the future would assist me better as most ops
don't make it easy for a sniper to get to a position sit there
and provide overwatch because we move to much form town to town.
If I a to have more time to get to a position of overwatch and
maybe have someone set as a spotter I could assist the unit much
better with a position of attack. For example, Before the
mission briefing for the rest of the infantry, you give one to
myself and a spotter so we could find a suitable overwatch point
and leave while the rest of the men are getting their briefing
and get dropped at a point near the overwatch point to head to
and get a look at what the infantry will soon be dealing with.
Explaining this out is why I would like the promotion as I would
be able to set up mission plans for the snipers and myself as
the MOS grows, also help lead the unit more than I try to now.
How Well Do You Handle Situations: I believe I can handle
situations pretty well, I have done it with the unit for many
years plus I can do it for the many years to come after this. I
love to play arms and I always will even if the player base is
going down. I have been in many situations in life that I have
handled from joining the Police academy in the coming fall to
deciding to go to college at the last minute. I work many hours
and on bad days of the week but I still attempt to get on
whenever I can. But as said my work schedule is usually on the
days that we have Ops but soon with the Entire COVID-19 Virus
pandemic I will be off work for a while and be able to more time
into college and times that we have Ops and FTXs.
