Why Do You Want This Promotion: As we do not have any high
ranking pilots, I am looking to fill other roles in Aviation
such as fixed wing as soon as possible.
Why Do You Feel Like You Deserve This Promotion?: I am quite
active and feel like I have done my fair share of things for the
Units. Besides being a pilot, I have taken the role of Gunner in
the last 2 operations and think I have performed quite well. My
communication has always been on point and I think I have done
fairly well for myself.
How Well Do You Handle Situations: Fairly well depending on the
situation. As I am usually a support Pilot, I don't really do
much but follow CAS requests or land in troops, however, when I
come under fire during landing, I am usually always able to
react fast and turn the Helicopter away from the direction of
fire and can find a more suited and safer LZ fairly quickly.
