This years "jokers"

Can someone refresh my memory on how the joker works again? We
assign one of our farm players a joker and he can be called up
and go back down as many times as we need?

no, what you described is the "designated rookie" who can go
from farm to your team whenever you choose without using a
"joker". We usually choose that rookie at the start of the
season.
"Jokers" are used when u call up a prospect from your farm team
but then u want to send him back down u have to use a "joker"
you only get 3 per year to use.
So essentially if you call up a prospect and dont have a "joker"
you cannot send that prospect back down to farm.

we also need to redraft a rule book... that's some additional
work lol. Godz feel free to help out too!
we essentially need to remind:
league setting (easy we got that from Yahoo)
the definition of prospect for player (42 gp?, 70?) and goalie
(50?).
The prospect draft order definition (loto or reverse ranking)
the UFA draft eligible player (i.e can't draft an eligible
prospect in ufa draft?)
and the joker and designated rookie system
Did i forget anything?
