Can't wait !
But I really hope they'll do something awesome out of it. FFX
deserves nothing less (FFX-2 was kinda disappointing in my
opinion).

Probably as soon as they give Nojima the green light.
You know Nojima won't keep his mouth shut about it after his
recent outspoken willingness to do the game.
When they give Nojima the go ahead, though, I'm not positive.
Since they already have a lot of material to work on,
and FFX is fresh in the mind given the HD Remaster,
it being announced would probably happen this year.

At this point... even though I'm not enthused about the novel or
the audio drama, so far, (though I can't say I'm not
curious!)... I'd actually be mad if they DIDN'T put something
out! As much as I may not love the audio drama and the novel...
I think it would be way worse of them to end the series on the
note that the audio drama did.
Which is, not... really ended AT ALL. I mean, it doesn't even
seem like an epilogue so much as a intro, you know? They barely
answered ANY questions. They introduced far more questions than
they answered.
So, if would seem kind of... crazy of them to just leave the
series hanging like that, with not a single definitive answer
about Sin, Tidus and Yuna, or anything else. This is a story
that fans are VERY invested in, and I don't think anybody would
be happy about it just being left on a cliff-hanger like that...
"So, Sin is back, and the darling couple of Japan's FF fanbase
is broken up! ........ THE END!"
I doubt that will go over well, will it? xD
And am I right in my observation that FFX seems almost on par in
popularity to FFVII in JAPAN? This is not so in SE's foreign
market, no, but it looks that way to me in Japan, where they
mostly seem to concentrate on deciding whether or not something
is worth making??

Hesitant. I feel insecure with this idea, 'cause SE's games
haven't been the best so far.
BUT, maybe we have to be positive with this idea, i want to feel
that i can trust SE, as long as they do it right, everyone will
be relieved.
Lets just hope that in the FFX/X-2 HD Remaster launch in Los
Angeles,( thats going to be on March 16) they announce the FFX-3
project ;D
