imo elected officials is very different, everyone has their
special roles before the first night, the thing which makes it
special is that these roles are publicly known, but don't
automatically confirm people. also votes would likely be based
off of day 1 reads, which can be arbitrary but imo haven't been
shown to be cliquey

hard yes to both. transformed ii has a couple minor issues, but
is still a very good concept that should work great given the
current metagame. as for elected officials, i understand where
the critique of cliques forming would come from if, say, we were
still playing on the old forum, but i genuinely feel like that's
a moot point now. almost all of us have known each other for
several years, i feel like we're past the point of cliques. and
besides, the concept is too interesting to pass up; randomizing
it would just make it a repeat of transformed ii in quick
succession.

it's only for one day, and hopefully people are smart enough to
base their votes on their in-game reads, it wouldn't be a
completely different game.

i think also a problem with this for me is that they'd be in
succession - idk if we can rearrange games (and i think that's
unfair to the bidders) but like i think going from a wait for
the power roles to come up to a vote for the power roles to go
to a specific person! is a little weird?
Also if guardian gets elected and isn't immediately wolved
they're basically confirmed wolf aren't they? Wolves tend to
kill TP since then nobody can be saved at night

I am just going to say yes to both because
1. I think it's going to be a decent game to replay. However,
agree with Nick @Night posts
2. a bit confused but I feel like it's one of the things I will
understand better once I start playing given I've talked a
little bit about this bid with the bidder

Oh god I totally forgot I'd hosted that, I'm a fan of this
revised edition so yes to Transformed 2, a bit of randomness is
always nice.
Also yes to Elected Officials, I like the idea of the players
deciding the roles, certainly an interesting new dynamic.
Providing ofc people don't just vote for roles solely based on
previous game activity.

hi I bid Tranformed II aka Transformers because I like that, 3
posts per shift doesn't mean that you need to post at night. Why
don't you like Confused Seer? @Nick
I'm worried that Elected Officials is a little too wolf-sided-
what's stopping the wolves from exclusively attacking the
elected officials? No for now but I am interested in the idea of
voting.
