general statements that can be applied to the situation
--- End Quote ---
This is interesting, can you give some examples?
I'd say 182 and 176 if I'm remembering the numbers correctly
I'll repost if I'm not correct on those but those posts felt
very surface level and like penguin said before he could easily
be pushing for a mislynch
--- Quote ---
> Now about the Jess kill I think like a lot of other people
said it was simply because she was likely not to be guarded and
it came off as safe she hadn't said much and if they really
needed to dwindle town numbers it was a safe bet it's very
important to keep the Jess kill in mind because if we see a
continued pattern that can only leave us with so many
Semi-Active people who haven't said much and if they haven't
been killed despite the pattern of those types of users being
killed then it's likely they're the ones doing the killing but
I'm getting the vibe now that we've thrown all of this out in
the open wolf kills are going to be as random as they can and
without strategy to throw all of us off so it's important that
we take a look at the previous things I mentioned such as the
way Vinnie acts
--- End Quote ---
Wait I don't quite understand the last bit- how does how Vinnie
acts and random wolf kills correlate? Am I missing something?
I just think that if Vinnie keeps being silent and likely to not
be guarded and he doesn't die later on and the people that keep
being killed fit that profile it raises some suspicion sorry for
not phrasing that well enough
Also has anyone considered Jess could've been killed because
she's a good player? We saw how powerful late game Jess was in
AEI, the wolves might've just wanted to get rid of that early on
(and also yes what everyone has said about her not being
guarded).
I haven't been in any of the previous games so I didn't know
this about jess but it's a potential motive and probably another
reason why they did kill her and not someone else

Let's address #167 and #182.
167 shouldn't be considered without the context that I had
already talked about L_S in my previous posts; that post was to
record my initial lynch against him instead of trying to bring
up any new points against L_S. And as far as pushing for
mislynch goes - I removed my lunch against L_S when he's still
considered suspicious by many players and has the most votes as
of now. If I wanted to just lynch him I could have easily done
that.
About 182 you're right. That post could use a lot of more
analysis. I guess that's what you get for trying to use your
mind right after waking up. The main point of the post was:
going for a no defence is a safer strategy if you're a wolf
because there's significant chance the story you make up to
defend your actions disagrees with the facts and conventional
logic; whereas as a human who isn't gamethrowing, your actions
do have some logic behind them which stands a better chance to
be defended than whatever logic you invent for your actions as a
wolf.

fuck it. lynch nickito.
im fully aware this has a pretty good chance to backfire on me,
but we've learned almost nothing today, the Le_Shrub lynch train
(if it can even be called that) doesn't seem to have that
appealing of a case to me, and Nickito's nearly complete lack of
any contributions whatsoever even after I called him on it is
very suspicious. At the very least, I want to hear far more from
him.
[quote author=KitKats link=topic=27.msg714#msg714
date=1587091613]
I noted that I thought it was strange that Leia was basing an
argument against me how I was very wishy-washy and inconsistent
with my sides. Last game, I had confident statements backing up
claims against people like CF18 and SuperBoomen, but, what I
noted before was that she failed to account for how I was wishy
washy with Nick, Jess, and Kowhai even if I was appearing to
“lead the town” last game. And she should have known better that
I was wishy-washy; like she was Exe and I made posts that
highlighted stuff with even people like Jess and Zech last game
too! The only time I wasn’t wishy washy was when I had the
evidence of Lena being blue last game! I've already answered
this, check #136
What is really interesting to me is that her arguments against
me seem so picky to a point where it doesn’t feel realistic.
Like, the inconsistencies and evidence she draws from my
“scummy” posts seem as if she is intentionally looking for
inconsistencies. Like I thought it was weird how she called me
out for being agreeable with Penguin022 when one of the main
points of the game is to also account for points brought up by
other players that you might have missed out yourself! There's a
difference between modifying your own points and taking things
into consideration. I thought jerk made an interesting comment
about Hoezzy, so I asked him to say more before deciding whether
or not I agree. I completely missed the fact that Lena has been
actively shitposting, rather than inactivey shitposting, and
Penguin brought that to my attention, and while it's changed the
way I view Lena/vinnie, I'm not ready to lynch that slot yet. It
seemed like you were bypassing the taking into consideration
part and hopping straight to agreeing.
It was also odd in a sense how she is saying that people use
lynches to gather more info and get more people talking, so I
lynched Penguin as I wanted to hear more about why he chose to
Lynch Lena. The Lynch was kind of like how I would place
pressure on Penguin. Although I could have just questioned
Penguin, I wanted to place more pressure because I know he can
be VERY deceptive and dupe the entire town if he is a wolf. My
issue with your lynch is that you were just throwing it around.
If you keep changing who you lynch, you can't actually use your
lynch to get people to talk, because people will be like "oh,
KKE lynched me? Whatever, she's just gonna change her vote".
When you lynched Penguin, there was nothing to suggest that it
would apply pressure (until other people also lynched Penguin)
because you had changed your Zech vote without Zech even making
a post. What was there to say that you wouldn't do that with
your Penguin vote, too?
Honestly, Leia rubbed me off as someone who tried to cherry pick
points and discrepancies against me so hard to the point where
her argument would be intimidating to other players and make
them believe her more against me. Like the points she brought up
seem to be WAY too overanalyzed to the point where it felt kind
of fake in a sense, as if she was just building the argument
against me up as a scum to just try to further scapegoat me due
to mistakes I’ve made. Like I know Penguin posted a LONG ass
post against me, but the difference here is HOW MUCH MORE she
continued to jump against me AFTER Penguin’s long post. I kept
jumping because no one understood Penguin's post about you- it
was basically just a long list of every post and what he thought
of it since his Lena lynch, and it ended in a lynch on you. Many
people- see Jess, hoezzy- didn't really understand the post at
all. Of course I was going to keep pushing you also lmao, it
would be weird if I didn't push the person I found most
suspicious.
What I found weird was her Lynch for Le_Shrub! Not the same time
of behavior; certainly nowhere near as much vigor with calling
him out. In fact, in her post at 2:47 PM EST today calling out 3
users, I felt like she had more evidence against Jerk’s behavior
than LB or Nick combined, yet she still ends up lynching L_S. I
am curious as to why she did not try to push anything ore
against Jerk, or even try to shift a vote to Jerk. Honestly, the
evidence against jerk being scummy is honestly stronger than the
evidence against L_S being scummy. I can’t say much fr Nick
because I know he has genuinely been busy. I am getting more of
a townlean for Shrub after his posts today. Also, her case for
Lena doesn’t make much sense to me; I almost feel like she’s
being very oddly loose with Lena even if Lena is busy when
Penguin noted that I brought up good points about Lena. I can
tell Lena is genuinely busy, and although Penguin acknowledge
the points I brought up against her, I would focus on her later
just since it is a very bad situation to be pressured into
making a big post when you have a lot of work and sorts. Same
case with Nick, can’t really read much off him because he came
across suspicious last game and was just super busy TBH. ?? I
didn't make a huge case for Le_Shrub because he didn't need a
huge case, we'd already been talking about how sus he was in the
previous day and I assumed people would just remember and I
didn't need to lay it out for them step by step. I've been
"oddly loose" with Lena for the reasons you stated yourself
Also, I did not like Leia DID NOT ADDRESS SOME IMPORTANT POINTS
OF DISCUSSION THAT L_S BRIGNS UP.
”Also, the Jess kill is really odd by the wolves, I guess
they were either
A. Really afraid of the guardian and went after someone with no
chance of guarding
or B. Just wanted to confuse the heck out of this town, or maybe
it's to cast suspicion on the louder players.”
This is a very good thing to note from L_S, and I was wondering
the same too! My theory is that a lot of the major players who
have been very active (and experienced) and in control
throughout this game all chose to lynch me! As a result of me
being Human, it means that none of these players are off the
hook. Regardless of whether Penguin, Leia, Cosmic, Lena, etc is
a wolf or not, I think the wolves killed Jess not only because
of a bomb threat, but also probably because they want to use the
Bomber Wolf on one of the more active players! I didn't bring
it up because I agreed with his point and I didn't want to
belabore it.
“I think a ton of the meta in recent games is the "more
experienced players" or "loud players" (Penguin, KKE, leia,
lena, Vinnie, Nick, etc.) pushing leads and the town generally
following them and having no clue what to do once they get
killed/lynched (see the ending of AEI and Tick-Tock Two).”
THIS ^^^ I cannot stress this enough. Large posts are vey
intimidating and sometimes, if an experienced wolf is just able
to lead via large posts, followers who don’t think outside their
bubble are screwed over. [b]Oh, I'm waiting to talk about this
when the game is over, as like a meta thing.
@jerk oh ok that makes more sense
@Avy why aren't you psyched on the Lena train?

i wasnt super on board from the start since lena had at least
given a sorta-explanation for their absence unlike nickito, and
vinnie's been replacing them for such a short time that not even
their lack of posting is suspicious yet.

Don't completely understand or agree with KKE's points against
Leia, maybe I'll get more wolf vibes from her later in the game.
Lol, I think the only two people I'd probably agree with her
about are lena and jerk.

Lol I like "the city" part-- also don't feel bad about that,
maybe just explain why you think everyone is neutral? Like the
two trains we've got going are lena/L_S/somewhat jerk, do you
think they're neutral as well?
It's divided between being neutral and my mind not trying hard,
I can't develop an argument or a hypothesis of who the wolf is
and yet my role as a human just makes it worse, the only thing I
can use is reading the posts , I read but nothing catches my
attention (even though I feel like I'm missing something, but
what?)
I'm not liking this post, feels comparable to when Boomen
claimed human last game and was wolf.
L_S leans town slightly at 208.
I like this jerk v. hoezzy stuff, keep going.
Avy lynchcing Nick is interesting...I don't like that he's
afraid it will backfire on him, but it is one of the few lynches
placed. In response to what Avy was saying, I think Lena/Vinnie
is more suspicious than Nick bc Lena has been around quite a bit
actually and she just never really provided much, while I
thought Nick was giving more of a reasonable case for himself
early in the game...before he skedaddled. He still will likely
be modkilled as well.
Everyone's frozen and not lynching. A lot of people afraid to
lynch L_S, jerk and lena (now Vinnie) for some reason, something
wolfy going on here. Can someone make a sort of list of people's
"almost" lynches, where people are still hedging? Could be
useful since I think the refusal to lynch someone is probably
linked to wolf stuff somewhere.
Keeping my lynch on lena/Vinnie.

@Anyone who says there is nothing to draw from: There is a lot
to draw from, if you have nothing else, just make a vague
readslist ranking from most suspicious to least suspicious.
Co-sign arguments against people and explain why. No reason not
to have any leads at this point.
