I doubt all 3 wolves were inactive
either the wolf was jailed or they attacked the jailed person

attacked right?
If so I guess we just wait and see if anyone was attacked

I'm trying to wrap my head around this- Jailor doesn't know what
happens to their target. But their target will be notified if
they were jailed if they're not human or if the wolves tried to
attack?

The Jailkeeper doesn't know anything that happens to their
target. Whoever is in jail will only notified that they are in
jail if they are attacked in jail, or they have an ability that
can't be used because they are in jail.

if the regular Wolf is roleblocked then the wolves can't attack

I guess the potential scenarios will be
1. Jailor jailed the REGULAR wolf who got RBed and guarded
2. Wolves tried to attack a jailed target
Unlikely but possible
3. Wolves just didn't submit or discussed plans to kill but
never made a definitive answer of who to kill
@Penguin022, we have a Random Wolf and a Regular Wolf left.
Under the hypothetical scenario we have a random wolf with an
ability, if this random wolf is jailed, then can the wolves
still attack as long as the regular wolf sent something in?
