4.Arc: Empty Chapter 1: Zielley Part 1
As far as I can think back, I've been with Jaquline. I knew she
was not my mother, my mother was somewhere with the Imperium. A
psyker, as Jaqui told me and I may be one as well, at least she
thinks that. I sure don't.
If I was a psyker, I would know it? right?
I'm not a smart kid, I never was, I broke a lot of stuff on our
ship. Got all of the other Crewmembers mad, all of them but
never her, which really impressed me. Still she never felt like
a mother, much more like a really good friend.
I know I shouldn't be, but I am very proud of the things I have
survived, even if all of it was nothing but dumb luck:
Like that one time, where I got stuck in the Airvents and
managed to survive without oxygen for almost half an hour;
Or that other time, when I accidently lit my room on fire - I
remember Jaqui just patting my head and telling me that I was
alright.
And of course the whole Eye of Terror thing. It's probably one
thing, to be born in space and growing up on a ship but it's
really another thing if that ship you grow up on is on a venture
trough the eye of Terror.
Honestly, I didn't see much of it;
Sure, I was in there for over twenty years but I didn't notice
anything happening other than the strange People Jaqui met,
allied with or fought. The most noteable of them was a woman,
clad in black armour.
(I call it armour now, but the metal was connected to her skin,
making it more of a second skin to her).
The sword on her hip was connected to her arm with a tube, the
red and black bolter she carried looked somehow even more
intimidating than all the others I've seen before. Granted, I
only saw a handfull, but it was far more than enough.
Miriael Sabathiel, that's what she said her name was, as she
casually walked arround on the bridge of the ship. She kept a
skull-faced maniac on a leash that kept screaming and spreading
foam everywhere.
When I asked her what it was, without steping close of course, I
still had respect of her and her "pet", she told me, that it was
one of the many warriors, that the Imperium has sent after her.
She laughed a incredibly laugh, it felt good to laugh with her,
despite how afraid I was.
"I want you to join my growing crew." Jaqui said, sitting on a
glorified chair that had many cables running from it.
Sabathiel only laughed as reply and I saw how she let the pet
roam further, giving it some more chain.
"I won't control you, in fact you will be in controll when you
are here." Jaqui explained, casualy playing with her Rastafarian
hair, looking unimpressed.
"What is you goal then?" Sabathiel asked, tilting her head
playfully but thankfully not giving that beast any more rope.
"I want to resurect a friend of mine and while we're at it,
crush some imperial organisation that I grew very tired of."
"That friend of yours..."
"Was a Sister Sororitas once, just like you and belonged to the
Order of the Martyred Lady, just like you as well."
"How..."
"Honestly she was more intimidating than you." Jaqui mocked the
Demonic Sister that held a deadly pet in her iron grip.
Sabathiel only laughed but seemed to agree as she pulled her pet
closer again.
"If that is a lie, I'll sent in all of my followers." Sabathiel
smiles; "It's quite the number, I asure you, the Imperium sent a
lot of warriors after me, even though most of them where jokes."
"I would never even dare to underestimate you." Jaqui replied,
then continued:
"Now, we will want to get this kids mother."
And Jaquis long, mutated fingers pointed at me.

4. Arc: Empty Chapter 2: When in Rome
I did it.
I couldn't believe it, but I did it.
Okay, I was not on the Standhaft, but this was probably even
better.
"Yes Sir." I said with a smile and wrote down as he dictated the
words, never happier that I had learned how to read and write
from Ayleen, a Heretek who had a lot of spare time on Jaquis
ship and didn't mind teaching me that.
I wasn't able to reach the Standhaft in time, before it left the
fleet and made way torwards Ophelia.
Just a few days later, days I spent hiding in varrious spots on
the ship, miraculously not beeing spotted, a group of scribes
and priests boarded this vessel. By luck, I was hiding close to
where they where greeted by the man, who had the same voice as
who I assumed was the Captain.
They adressed him as "Inquisitor Zielley".
Sounded mighty important that title.
As it sounded, that Inquisitor guy didn't know them and hasn't
met any of them before. I realized that was my chance and snuck
after them, as they talked.
Appereantly, that Zielley guy was very full of himself and one
of those people, wrote down quotes when signaled by the boasty
Captain.
I followed them for a while until everyone but that one that
wrote those Quotes went into different corridors.
I hid behind a crate, really dangerously, either of them would
just have to walk three steps back and they would know that they
where not alone.
"Soon we will rendevouz with some Priests of the Ecclesearchy,
possibly some Sisters. They are to bring the two of us with them
to examine those two 'Saints'" he spoke the word with disbelieve
and a hint of amusement;
"Those that have been found on the Agri world." he laughed out
now
"Two Saints, at the same time. I think that they took to many
combat drugs, they'll probably show me some bush they set on
fire."
He cleared his throat then exclaimed in a more serious tone:
"don't write that last part."
The second person whiped their hand over the Dataslate and
nodded.
Hours later:
I giggled, standing on the corpse of that guy with his
Dataslate. He wanted to come sleep here.
I hid his corpse in a crate, contemplating if I should have made
it look like and accident.
It's to late now anyways, certanly, there was no way that I'd
hide the multible knife wounds in his back and chest.
You may say it was a vile act, not neccesary, but I wanted to
make sure he was properly dead.
So I cut him open and damaged everything inside his body that
looked important, rendering the heart itself to bloody confetti
and the lungs became streamers.
I wanted to hand them arround, you know, getting some
decorations into these dark corridors. But that would be little
stealthy.
So crate it was.
I tried to cover the smell with machine oils, just drenched the
clothes that I put over him in them, then put some scrap metal
on that and nailed the Box closed.
For good measure, I wrote "fragile" on the Container.
"Who are you?"
"Repleacement, the errm, previous writer" - Damn I wished I
remembered his Name – "fell into a Airvent, his soul may rest
with S- the holy God Emperor."
"Alright, I hope you are a faster writer than him."
I exhaled, unbelieveable that noone checked, noone asked.
This was my first time passing as a Loyalist, but copying what
that Inquisitor titled Captain or whatever he was, turned out to
work. Just had to be more humble and all.

4. Arc: Empty Chapter 3: Zielley meets J
I was only with Inquisitor Zielley for a few days, before the
Sisters - only Sisters, no Priest – showed up.
I wrote everything down.
"The Holy God Emperor protect thou." the Sister with the most
gold on her armour spoke, kneeling before the inquisitor.
"No Priest, just you?" Zielley asked
"Yes, he is back on the Agri World H00 62 74174"
"Very well, your ship, are the Saints there?" He couldn't hide
his insulting undertone as he said 'Saints'. The Sisters, if
they noticed it, didn't react.
"No, we want to escort them to Ophelia as quick as possible but
they will remain on the Agri world."
The Inquisitor Sighed
"I will see them there then."
"As you wish, Inquisitor."
We left the Sisters kneeling there, if they ever stood up, I
didn't see them do so.
The next day, me, the Inquisitor and a small gathering of
servants, including four Guardsmen, some girl, wearing grey
clothes that covered her completly and a Techpriest met them
again. They where kneeling in the very same spot, as if they
havn't moved.
I was amazed and found myself having a hint of respect for these
strange, strict way.
Also, I thought back, I never kneeled before the Inquisitor guy,
I hope he didn't think about that.
Some short commands where said and we boarded a shuttle that
took us over to the armoured womens vessel.
It was completly different in here, it looked not only cleaner
but somehow more imperial. There where golden plates, adorning
the hallways of the ship, reading prayers to the God Emperor.
Showcases with varrious weapons and in some cases Books, shards
of Armour or parchment.
Statues of the God Emperor and some Sisters.
The Bridge, all in all, looked pretty regal.
We traveled for months.
Durring one of my few spare times, when the inquisitor was doing
whatever he was doing, when I didn't had to record his actions,
I caught the Guardsmen cornering the girl in grey.
As they pulled off the hood and pulled down her mouthwrap, I was
that even underneath, she was blindfolded and her mouth closed
shut by metal straps.
It looked painful but I couldn't tell, only her nose and chin
where completly visible.
She also wore a strange hat that connected to her back with some
tubes. I knew that, because the Guardsmen, clearly violating
orders, undressed her.
"What do you think you guys are doing?"
I didn't know why I stepped in like this.
I had no idea, if my position would grant me enough authority to
get out of this unscared.
They turned arround, shoked, then their faces turned into evil
grins.
Damn.
This Hallway was completly cut off and empty, the reason I
wandered here, because I wanted as little contact with people
that could potentially blow my cover.
If I shouted or if that girl shouted, we would get no help. Just
when I thought, that having a ship filled with almost nothing
but armed nuns would be a good thing, it was completly useless
right now.
Silently, I watched as they cornered me, one moved into my back
where I couldn't see him and I heard him moving something heavy
infront of the door.
F*ck
"RUN" I shouted at the girl in grey, still standing where the
men had left her.
She didn't move.
"The Inquisitor will notice my absence!" I tired to persuade the
Guardsmen
"We'll just say you fell into a Airvent." one said
"yea, happens all the time." answered another
I knew to well, that the Inquisitor would question that, but he
wouldn't go and actually search for my body. Just for a
replacement which I guessed, these Sisters had plenty of.
"I won't tell him then, just let me go and don't do what you
where about to do."
One of the men laughed: "She wants us to do this, it's her mind
asking us to."
I doubted it.
But certanly they felt like killing me right now and they where,
though unarmed, clearly much stronger than me.
Not to mention, that I was unarmed as well.
As the one standing closest to me jumped into my direction I
jumped to the side, having spotted a cabinet, it's glass cover
revealing syringes.
I ripped it from the wall and bashed the man over his head as he
tried to get at me.
The second one already ran torwards me, when I pulled out the
first syringe and, while running away injected the substance,
praying it was some sort of battle drug.
I knew battle drugs, I had my experience from traveling with
Jaquis Warband.
This one looked like something I knew, the grey-brownish liquid
passed into my body and my vision started to blur. Indeed, time
felt like it slowed down and I felt lighter.
I took the second syringe, it held something blue that shined
brightly and injected it, jumping off the wall and running past
the Guardsmen, that ran after me, trying to corner me here.
I ducked under a fist and almost fell over as I pulled out the
third. Injecting it, everything went dark.
