Mild spoilers from the book ahead.
You have been warned.
I just finished reading the book last week, and they're showing
gameplay. Ow hell yeah!!!!
Fuck the Glaws!!! fuk Mandragore!! and Death to Slaneesh and
that Cherubael guy.

my concern- How the hell are they going to show the Sathuri.
They're described to be unsymmetrical, disturbing, etc.... How
are they going to make an octagon where the angles don't add up
to 360? Any hypotheses.
P.S.- Well FUCK!!! It sucks.

Haven't read the books yet, so I won't be watching that video,
but from what I've seen, it looks like an alright game.

The video only spoils only the first 5 or 4 pages of the book.
It's not very well adapted as well though. You're going to be
alright. Plus, consider reading the book. It's amazing and you
don't need a lot of knowledge of w40k lore to understand it.
Actually what I've said spoils more than what the video does.
I'm sad that the gameplay sucks though.
That said if this book is being adapted to any sort of visual
media, how do you think that the Sathuri will be handled? Or is
it simply impossible to represent them in any visual form?
