Where they a thing already when Goge Vandire ruled Ophelia?
Did he create them?
Or where they created somewhen later on?

didn't they just burn them?
The question is... if I'm not mistaken, there are books about
the Goge Vandire time... if anything about Repentias is
mentioned in them, then we have a clear answer... but I don't
have any of those books, nor would I know of any.
