       The Formation of the Relay

       This is not yet completely known about, but we do know about
       some bits of it (and I'm making stuff up i.e filling in the out
       of character bits.).
       The space marine chapter 'The vault guard' was built to defend
       the ancient structure on Holy Terra known as 'The Vaults of
       Terra' A place where reams and reams of information and
       artefacts are stored. This chapter not only defended the place,
       but send out companies to find new artefacts and new knowledge.
       This chapters colour scheme was [Don't know].
       Eventually the vault and its secrets attracted a few. A
       Mechanicus Adept by the name of Risthalion and a son of malice
       most notably. Soon the relay came to have more members. An
       alcoholic priest by the name of englebart. A thousand sons
       sorcerer by the name of Karos. A commissar of unknown origin. A
       plague marine. A few others here and there. Soon more came to
       join this ragtag society and eventually... well... a community
       blossomed. It was a long while after it began that the chapter
       and the members of the relay finally met.
       This rag tag group of misfits, outcasts and addicts was banded
       together to become the Ordo relayus, an organisation that
       primarily worked for the imperium. And thus the relay was born.
       Its first base of operations was onboard the ship of Commissar
       Falco sanders: The Metalus Gravus.
