Its not Chaos vs imperial exactly, they are parallel
organizations of the Relayus Novum. The ork is sort of a
contractor he doesn't belong to either order but is involved
with the big picture.
Also a third order exists, the Custos Autem Pax Relayus
(Defenastor(us) for short. That protect the peace.

Won't Chaos corruption spread real fast? Or wil this just be

Well, The Ordo Relayus breaks Canon pretty hard.
But that's why the chaos people an the non chaos people are kept
separate in this new format.
